With Hurricane Irene keeping the city indoors this weekend, I decided to take on a wedding project. Using packaging paper, construction paper, manila envelopes and brown paper bags, I made tons of flowers that I can sprinkle around as decoration. I taped a couple of the flowers to bendy metal wires and fashioned myself a quirky, fun bouquet! I think this a great money-saving alternative to fresh flowers for my wedding. Hooray!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Do you have a template for the flowers? They look so amazing I actually thought it was fabric and not paper!
